CHARACTERS
SAL'A and blue SYDNYPH
Before becoming Sal'a, the winglet had an interesting life, making weapons and the like for the Eyrie as a Blacksmith Apprentice. Before that, she worked as a caravan guard. And before that, she worked as a fisherwoman.
But now she is a Winglet, soon to graduate as a Rider. When she first arrived, she had a hard time obeying the male riders. Not much has changed as she will still protest the command while doing it. Sometimes, when it something simple and expected out of her, Sal'a will perform without a scoff. Still, she is a little bit of a rebel. The girl led a few caravan trips in the past, igniting a leader role, but she's happy serving the Eyrie and the thought of fighting koxi with Sydnyph seems much more promising than fighting on the ground. She is excited about the thought of chasing with Sydnyph. Though not too eager about not being in control, she trusts her simourv partner. As a bisexual, she has no problem resisting any feelings that accompany her.
Sydnyph is not too eager to chase the greens as they rise. He finds them quite attractive, not one more than the other though, but the fighting brothers part is one he is not too keen on. More intelligent than the average simourv, he thinks through and often acts as the voice of reason for Sal'a, the result being quite effective nowadays. He does not like to fight with others and killing seems a strange thought, excluding koxi. He feels judged for the lack of the killer instinct his brothers and sisters have.
Also, if anyone is interested in playing Sal'a twin, give me a shout. I'm thinking Karen Gillian is a particular good FC, though it's up to you, for the most part.
Friends: Enemies: Lover Interests:
A'RYLLIS and green MOLOTOPH
After fleeing her parent's crushing hold on her life, she joined a traveling troupe and performed for many. When hearing word that her brother, who separated from the family to become a doctor, was in the Eyrie, she stopped to join. Part of her reasoning to become a candidate was jealousy toward her brother and his relationship with Dionyph. The other half was to escape at the abuse she and other suffered at the troupe.
Now, she's a winglet. Still trying to find her place, she is quite cheerful when things are going her way. Inside, her emotions run wild, but she struggles not to let them show. Her confidence knows no bounds and that's apparent when she converses with the opposite sex. Sometimes it's to toy with her brother, but sometimes she has feelings. She tries not to judge people before she gets to know them, especially since first impressions last forever with her. After knowing Molo's companionship, she feels responsible for driving a wedge between Dio and Ri'ley and has vowed to get them back on speaking terms.
Molotoph is quite a match for A'ryllis. Though overbearing in opinion and affection, she too hides her emotions, more skillfully than her human half. Especially when it comes to such feelings as pain and thoughts that she will never clutch, though at her age, that never stays for more than a second. Her wit comes through when she is content and happy though it gets her into trouble since most of the time, they're insults. Nonetheless, she expects happiness from anyone and sometimes does not understand why her rider is so undecided about her brother. Still, Molo has concocted a plan to have them at peace.
Friends: Enemies: Family: Ri'ley Love Interests: Sil'us
OL'IA and Rainbow WEIRPH
When Ol'ia was still Olivia, she lived in a small colony, separated from the rest of Pohono, but when the koxi destroyed her home, her family and her run away from the unsafe place. It took many years of hiding but Olivia made it. Then candidacy and becoming a winglet after meeting Weirph.
Even she loves her given name from Weirph, she responds and prefers Olive. She's a curious girl, always wondering how things work and how people work. Ol'ia puts limits on her curiosity as it had formed trouble in the past. She's usually quiet when meeting people, but once a conversation starts, she follows through, smilies and everything. Anger is a terrible emotion and she avoids it all costs. Play and work is how she avoids all the nasty emotions in the world. Though young, she worries about others and wishes for their safety, and she does it all with a smile.
Weirph has an unique sense of humor, cracking her best jokes about death and the like. She knows they are hit or miss and that's how she rolls. The rainbow thinks such things as Rising and Clutches are silly things that do not concern her. Killing Koxi is a fun chore that she looks for. The small rainbow hardly notices that she is smaller than the rest of her class.
So yeah, if anyone had a plottage with Zen, I'm open for any, especially some friends.
Friends: Enemies: Love Interest:
JIN
[inprogress]
Jin, formally named Alexo, worked as a Blacksmith for Sayaie, sometimes traveling to help other communities. Then he encountered a koxi attack. Knocked uncounious, he does not know how he survived and when he mentioned sky guardians killing koxi, he was laughed at. But a guard that he saved believed him. When the Riders revealed themselves and the Eyrie was established, the guard named Salena at that time and he moved. When his then apprentice was taken as a candidate, he started making weapons of dull point for the winglets.
So work in progress. I want him to start making some armor because I think the simourv can handle. Need perhaps a winglet or rider to commission him to make metal armor. I can make this happen myself, especially with my characters knowing each other. But it's just better with someone else.

Sal'a
[/b] ;; they were candidates together before Sal'a bonded and Am'ra was left standing, and I sadly didn't get to write her much before the first hatching took place, but at least it means that they have some history together! Am'ra was a pretty bubbly and naïve girl back then; honestly, she kind of still is, but now she's got a bubbly and naïve Phil at her side! I'm not entirely sure I have anything substantial for these two, but they seem to have as much potential to get along as they do in clashing. Sal'a acts a lot more mature than Am'ra does, seems a lot more serious and she's far more capable of the leading role than Am is, but I can easily imagine Am'ra being fascinated with Sal'a, wanting to try to draw all sorts of stories out of her about all the travelling she did! & Ze'el ;; they're Alpha's together and somehow I really don't believe they get along. xD Ze'el isn't the bossy leader type, he just likes to stick to himself and do his own thing as he wants to do it, but he certainly doesn't like to take orders and generally makes a pointed effort to do everything except what he's been told to do. So that all kind of gives me a giggle.[/ul] A'ryllis[/b] ;; weeeeell. Am'ra has the typical teenaged crush on the older brother! So these two should be friends. Of course, the ulterior motive of wanting to sneakily learn more about Ri'ley isn't all there is to it- I can also see these two with the potential of getting along quite well! Flirty, self-confident, and so forth- but I'm not sure how close of friends they'll be, probably something more casual. Am'ra can be a bit flighty and A'ryllis seems to have trouble feeling close to people? But then, I'm sure Am'ra will feel absolutely fascinated to learn about all of your girl's travels, so maybe they could be close friends! It feels up in the air, at least to me. xD What do you think? Either way, Phil's perpetual happiness should satisfy Molotoph, methinks! & Ze'el ;; he's “friends” with Ri'ley, so, where there's the cliché girl-crushing-on-friend's-older-brother, there can potentially be the cliché girl-crushing-on-older-brother's-friend! xD It aches my brain, and that's why it amuses me so. Of course, Ze'el isn't all that crush-worthy, but still. He's probably far more likely to get caught with a negative opinion over his head as his social skills, despite all of Dareph's help, suck. She's a pretty girl and her charms aren't likely to go unnoticed, but he's no charmer, so... yes. Shenanigans should be had. [/ul] Ol'ia[/b] ;; of course, I'm sure S'ara will want to be a bit of a mother to Ol'ia. After all, the rainbowrider is so young and with no family! It's sad, it saddens her, and, as such, she's determined to take care of the girl whenever the opportunity should arrive! As a teacher in Sayaie, I'm sure she'd gladly want to answer any questions that Ol'ia has about the many things that interest her... and Weirph's morbid sense of humour will definitely be a cause of concern for S'ara, she'll have no idea what to think of it! Lormanuph will likely be in the same boat, death doesn't sound very nice at all, but you know what will cure such uncertainties? Some nice good warm snuggles! & F'ric ;; so far, as much of a charismatic man as I painted him to be in his bio, he's not had the best of luck as far as the young'un's of the Eyrie go! (granted, he's only met Emi so far, and he'll continue to insist that she's a little girl, so bah). So I think he should have a decent friendship with at least one Eyrie kid! Yup. And he'd love to tell her stories to answer any questions that she might have, though his answers are likely to be far more tall-tale'ish than anything S'ara could provide, which kind of makes them more awesomer in my opinion! and you know, I think Vexigoph could appreciate Weirph's dark sense of humour. Which makes Weirph one of very very very few that Vex will get along with to some degree. Yay![/ul] Jin, for when you make him and he's accepted! [/b] ;; as anti-social as Ze'el generally is on a daily basis, he's a decent enough businessman, so I could imagine him wanting to commission Jin to make some metal armor. It's only practical and Dareph would certainly approve of it, methinks. A warrior needs their armor, after all. & T'ia ;; after much thinking, I also figured that T'ia would try to swindingle Jin into making some metal shinies for Shovaph. xD[/ul]

FOX: I will do that like really soon.
Sal'a and Am'ra: Oh yes. I think Sal'a would quite enjoy talking to her and tell a bunch of stories.
Sal'a and Ze'el: I agree. Sometimes, don't know what right now, would stop these two from getting along. But not like hatred, more like just get a way from me.
A'ryllis and Am'ra: Like. I don't think A'ryllis would catch on to her ulterior motive. And if she did, she probably wouldn't care. But yeah, I don't see best of friends, but don't know what could come out of it.
A'ryllis and Ze'el: I could see a crush. So much to be had. Though I don't think there will be a large crush.
Ol'ia and S'ara: Ohyes. I think she needs a like teacher in her life. Of course, Weirph will have a hard time with these two, trying to figure out why they don't think her jokes aren't funny.
Ol'ia and F'ric: Yay, friends. Weirph would love Vexi quite much. She would wonder what F'ric has seen and perhaps have a lot of questions.
Jin and Ze'el: Could be the first too, but he would it.
Jin and T'ia: And Jin would do it.

Jin&...
[/b] I could see them having worked together, since their both industrious men who moved to the Eyrie to do work. Perhaps H'ton enlisted Jin's help for the buckles and stuff for the simourv harnesses he makes (or used to, since now he's bonded). So maybe they were decent acquaintances? Maybe friends?[/ul] Sal'a&...[/b] They're in the same sweep! So they would probably hang a bit, I'm assuming. Or something.[/ul] Ol'ia&...[/b] Ol'ia can have a Fe'ra friend! Because Fe'ra likes everyone... and Liliph will probably be sort of confused by Weirph, which is cool.[/ul] A'ryllis&...[/b] They're in the same Winglet class, and H'ton would probably be all chatty and stuff with her. And he'd think she's super-cute! Norloph will probably bug Molotoph to no end with his attempts to be friends and his curiosity about EVERYTHING she's doing.[/ul][/blockquote][/size]
