Patient. Assertive. Protective. Distant. Self-confident. Resentful.

Salena is actually not terrible with people. With people her age, she acts quite natural, but when it comes to people older than her, mostly those in power, she has trouble. It is a rare thing that she accepts people in power instantly. It took many years for her accept her former master. I expect her to have a few amount of friends, especially among the candidates and other people of the Eyrie. It would be interesting if there was some tension between some of the blackriders and redriders or perhaps trouble recognizing either the Ts'kal and K'huna as teachers. Makes more sense for the latter though but I need permission for that. Despite her opposition to leaders, she is very capable leading others and enjoys it when the opportunity comes. Her main fear is following a bad leader.

the lamb



Energetic. Brash. Even-tempered. Stubborn. Optimistic. ^{A bit} Sexist.

Jervace is very natural with people. Due to the farm boy lifestyle, he doesn't wish for much. As a result, he has little ambition and simply rolls with life. I expect Jervace to net more friends than Salena though some find him boring due to simple goals and actions while others might see him as too simple to be trusted. His father drilled an idea that women were below men, so his attitude toward women leaves to be desired. He won't degrade a woman he doesn't respect though his attitude will change. Good for some conflict with the ladies. His main fear is being alone.

From a dancing caravan, Ama does not know how she feels about being a candidate. Sometimes she thinks Ri'ley tricked her or that her desire confused the simourv that searched her. Either way, she is quite comfortable among people, but simourv are another matter. Despite that, she had plenty of time to adjust to them. Enemies are easy for because she likes to dress in revealing clothing and can act a bit catty at times.

Hmm... I think my character, Grey, and Salena would make an interesting interaction. With her defiance to leaders, and Grey's natural instinct to be a leader. Shall we? haha.

That would be interesting indeed. Despite Salena not liking leaders, she is quite capable of leading herself, so either they will be wonderful friends or enemies. Garden in the Eyrie?

I'd happily lob my Lea at either of them. ^^ I think L'nan, my tawnyrider, would get along well with Sal'a, mostly because she's quite a friendly person and usually tries not to step on too many toes. I do also have my redrider, K'ean, who's the Itnala Watch Lieutenant open for threading since I think he's the kind of authority that she would rather dislike, no? x3

And, of course, Je'ce. I'd like to see how he reacts to Lea, actually. She might pose a bit of a conundrum to him since prior to coming to Eyrie her profession was very much what he (and even she) would consider 'woman's work', but she's extremely independent and proud and would fire up at a boy if she thought he was treating her differently because of her sex. ^^ She's usually pretty nice, though, if a touch sarcastic. Aaaaand I would think up more but I'm kind of coming up blank so yeah. Their links are in my sig if you wanna take a look. ;D

Sounds good. L'nan and Sal'a could become good friends since there's no conflicting personality. Since Sal'a has had fighting experience, she could hand some encouragement to L'nan when the time comes. Sal'a doesn't oppose all authority though K'ean has enough traits. K'ean and Sal'a would be fun together since they would be all gnawgnaw.

With Nas around, Je'ce is learning to accept women as equals so Lea might help him see that even though she did typical women work, she's just as good as him. Her pride and independence would confuse him and force him to rethink things.

Yus! K'ean and Sal'a will be fun. X3 Where might they meet...? And L'nan and Sal'a would be cool too, especially since the next Winglet class will deal with combat, I think, if I remember Zeis right. Lea would probably turn out being somewhat motherly towards Sal'a, however well that would go down.

L'nan and Je'ce yeah, twould be most interesting. Confuzzlement yay~ She'd probably adore Nasyeph to no end, actually... Oh, and bear in mind if Je'ce gives the impression that he IS treating her differently, she won't hesitate to call him out point blank. ^^ So shall we do this?

L'nan being motherly to Sal'a would be interesting since she has had experience being a mother by force. Those feelings will also turn interesting when Eoreph flies because Sydnyph might chase and then it'll be all interesting. How about K'ean returning from a search trip/ guard trip and maybe have Sal'a wandering in the early morning/late night and then they'll talk. I wouldn't mind making this with Sal'a walking with her feathered companion.

Funniest thing with Je'ce would be the fact he doesn't realize he demeans women with his words and actions so the stern talking would be interesting since he'll probably respond with a lulwhat face. Perhaps L'nan's watering the garden, not as chore. Maybe a this-flower-need-water and Je'cemakes some comment and we go from there kay?

Yeeah I feel sorry for those female characters who get blues, and yet I cackle menacingly because the plottttt possibilities are neat. XD Yes, that works fantastically, but Eoreph will only fly... June or July next year (yes I counted shush). In the meantime, they could become pretty good friends I think. ^^ Yeah, I think late night would work better since then K'ean will be all 'what is a girl doing out walking late at night' and shtuff and basically be a tired, grumpy ass. ;3 But once he gets over himself a bit he'd probably be willing to chat. ^^

Gardening is a good idea! Lea likes to garden, and is pretty knowledgeable about herbs and stuffs so she'd probably pull out a few weeds/ watering/ whatever. I think I'll start this one then, about a week or so after the hatching. ^^ And you start the Kean-Sal-a one~
